What to send
A correction. The most valuable message we get. Every numeric figure on this site is cited to a source and a date, which means a wrong figure is checkable in a couple of minutes if you tell us which page and which number. Include the source link if you have it and we will re-read it and re-date the page.
A discontinued product. If something we recommend is no longer sold, tell us. We remove discontinued products rather than annotating them, because a roundup that recommends something you cannot buy is worse than no roundup.
A changed airline policy. These change without notice and without announcement. If you have hit a rule at a gate that contradicts what we publish, that is genuinely useful and we will re-read the airline’s page.
A product we have missed. We will look at it, and if it belongs on a page it goes on the page. We do not accept products, payment or free samples in exchange for coverage — see our editorial policy.
What we cannot help with
Medical or safety advice for your specific child. Our safety pages cite CPSC, the AAP, the International Hip Dysplasia Institute and the FAA directly and are informational only. Anything specific to your child — reflux, prematurity, a diagnosis, a harness or cast — belongs with their clinician.
